Episode 1 (Tools of the Trade - Basic) introduces the series, describes the USCG Navigation Standards and the basic tools required for solving problems.
Episode 2 (Tools of the Trade - Intermediate) discusses the marine sextant and its required corrections.
Episode 3 (Tools of the Trade - Advanced) discusses the software STELLA, the System for Estimating Longitude and Latitude Astronomically.
Episode 4 (Time of Phenomenon - Basic) introduces the nautical almanac and the principles behind sunrise and sunset calculations.
Episode 5 (Time of Phenomenon - Intermediate) discusses more difficult sunrise and sunset problems, as well as moonrise and moonset problems.
